Jessica is a licensed acupuncturist in state of Texas in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She has a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOMⓇ). She received her Master degree of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine from American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, Houston, Texas and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Specialization. Prior to studying Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, She earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics from Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea and a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.
Through her studies and practice, Jessica learned that the most profound improvements are made when the body, mind and spirit are in alignment. The focus of her treatments is to help individuals regain their sense of balance with themselves and their environment.
“I am particularly interested in our interactions with the world we live in and how we can create serenity and balance to move forward in a positive way. When I first started on my journey in medicine, I wanted to guide people to better health, but wasn’t sure where to focus. Through my experience of dealing with various health issues, it became clear. I wanted to improve patients’ health, not just symptoms. I found my goal - to empower, and support individuals to achieve a happier, healthier in all phases of life providing safe, natural health care.”
